Fourth Avenue celebrates our 30th Anniversary in 2023! We are performing a 90 minute set as part of the Summer Arts Festival at Veterans Park Amphitheater in Springfield, OH (250 Cliff Park Rd, Springfield, OH 45504). Admission is FREE. Bring a lawn chair. The concert is facilitated by the Springfield Arts Council. ABOUT FOURTH AVENUE
Since 1993, this professional a cappella quartet has been entertaining audiences with concerts that feature a variety of familiar pop, rock, soul, R&B, gospel, and doo-wop favorites from different eras, as well as catchy original music performed with their unique high energy approach. Incredible harmony, audience participation, outrageous humor, and a fully choreographed stage show are all part of the musical extravaganza. They have shared the stage with such national acts as The Beach Boys, The Temptations, Styx, and Three Dog Night.

1st place and audience favorite at the 1996 Harmony Sweepstake Competition in Chicago.

1998 Contemporary A Cappella Recording Award for Best Doo-Wop/R&B Song of the Year for their rendition of “In the Midnight Hour” on the CD entitled Fourth Avenue.

Invited to Ohio Governor’s mansion to perform for Jobs for Ohio Graduates ceremony.

Nominated for the 1999 International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions Variety Entertainer of the Year Award.

Chosen for Muse Machine Touring Roster and Greater Columbus Arts Council Artists-in-Schools Roster. Both highly selective programs bring professional artists into schools.

2004 Contemporary A Cappella Recording Award Nomination for Best Pop/Rock Cover Song of the Year for their rendition of “Fade to Grey” on their CD entitled Scrapbook.

LYDIA’S LULLABIES
Scott, our Artistic Director, composes many of the arrangements and originals we perform in Fourth Avenue. Lydia’s Lullabies is a heartfelt album of a Dad sharing his faith with his daughter that features two tracks sung by Fourth Avenue. Half of the proceeds benefit the Dayton Gospel Mission.
